Returns and Warranty

Returns: Returns are only accepted in cases of defects (such as damaged parts, paint issues, etc.). In these instances, we will cover all associated shipping costs.

Return Conditions: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Products should be returned in their complete original packaging and must be accompanied by the original invoice.

Warranty: The warranty period is 1 year and only covers manufacturing defects. Issues arising from misuse are not covered under this warranty.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are based on the weight of each item. We offer free shipping on purchases over €1,500.

Customers may opt to collect the products from our facilities by prior appointment.

Shipping carriers are yet to be determined.

Deliveries

We deliver to mainland Portugal, Spain, and France.

For the archipelagos of Madeira and the Azores, shipping prices are available upon request.

Average Delivery Times

30 days from the date of order confirmation.
